911 called by the suspect in the fire fire against the residence of the governor of Pennsylvania Josh Shapiro released

Less than an hour after the mansion of the Governor of Pennsylvania bombed, the suspect called 911 and seemed to apologize and confess the early Sunday attack, according to a recently published recording of the call.

“I really do not have an emergency. I would like to apologize,” the suspect is heard, Cody Balmer, 38, tell the operator a recording of the call obtained by ABC News through a request for public records.

Balmer refers to the governor of Pennsylvania Josh Shapiro and himself by name in the recording of the call, which has been summoned in multiple orders in the case.

“Governor Josh Shapiro needs to know that Cody Balmer will not participate in his plan for what he wants to do to the Palestinian people,” Balmer is heard in the recording. “You need to leave my family alone.”

“You need to stop killing my friends,” he continues in the recording. “Our people have been crossed too much by that monster.”

According to the recording, the damage to the dining room of the residence was also mentioned in the call.

“Everything you have is a banquet hall to clean,” Balmer is heard in the recording. “I am tired of offering peace extensions. I just want to be able to keep my children. I should not be taken to these extremes. It is not fair.”

The suspect said he did not want “any damage to anyone,” according to the recording.

“But that man, that man is doing serious and serious damage to probably included himself,” he continues in the recording. “And I wish you the best, Lord. Everyone knows where to find me. I am not hiding and I confess everything I have done.”

Balmer’s voice is quite quiet along the call of approximately one minute, although he heard deeply breathe. It seems that it hangs before the operator can respond.

ABC News has communicated with Balmer’s public defender to comment on the call and has not yet received an answer.

The 911 call was made at approximately 2:50 am on Sunday, according to search orders.

The members of the Harrisburg fire office responded to the Governor’s residence at approximately 2 in the morning that day for the report of a fire.

The attack occurred hours after the Shapiro family received more than two dozen people during the first Easter night. The assailant rose to a fence in the governor’s mansion, broke windows, entered the residence and deployed Molotov cocktails made of bottles of beer and gasoline, police said.

Shapiro and his family were in the residence at the time of the fire, but were evacuated safely and not injured, according to the State Police.

Balmer delivered and allegedly confessed the fire, according to search orders.

It faces eight criminal positions, including attempted murder, terrorism and aggravated burning fire. Until now, prosecutors have not invoked a law of hate crimes, which in Pennsylvania is known as ethnic intimidation.

You still have to present a supplication to the charges.

Balmer, a mechanic who had previously expressed disdain for the Democrats on social networks, was denied the bond in his reading on Monday.

During the hearing, his lawyer said that Balmer is homeless and asked for a “reasonable monetary bond,” but the judge denied it, saying that although he appreciated that Balmer delivered, there were no conditions that could prevent it from being a danger to the community.

It is scheduled to appear before the court on April 23 for a preliminary hearing.
