Trump’s administration probably acted in contempt of the court as he did not turn deportation flights, says the judge

Judge James Boasberg has found a probable cause that the Trump administration acted in contempt of the court when the authorities defied last month their order to fulfill two planes for taking the alleged members of Venezuelan gangs to El Salvador.
“As this opinion will detail, the court finally determines that government actions on that day demonstrate an intentional contempt for their order, enough for the court to conclude that there is a probable cause to find the government in criminal contempt,” the judge wrote on Wednesday.
